AMBER ESTABLISHED 'JUNGLE OVEN' AT EUMUNDI MARKETS IN 2013 AND CONTINUED TO BUILD A SUCCESSFUL MOBILE WOODFIRED PIZZA CATERING BUSINESS BASED IN NOOSA HEADS. FOR FIVE YEARS SHE CATERED EUMUNDI, ASWELL AS WEDDINGS, PARTIES AND FESTIVALS UNTIL SELLING THE BUSINESS IN 2019.
IN 2022 SHE RE-LAUNCHED ANEW AS 'THE OVEN' IN HER HOMETOWN, COFFS HARBOUR.
